Card Curator is a free service. We earn affiliate commissions when you apply for credit cards through our links.

To use Card Curator, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your password secure and not share your account
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Not scrape, copy, or duplicate our content without permission
• Not use automated tools to access the Service without authorization
• Not upload malicious code or engage in harmful activities

Card Curator earns affiliate commissions when users apply for credit cards through our referral links. This means:

• We receive compensation from card issuers for successful applications
• Commission rates vary by card and issuer
• Our recommendations are based on your portfolio, not commission amounts
• You pay the same fees and get the same benefits as applying directly

Card Curator owns all rights to our Service, including our website, software, AI models, content, logos, and trademarks. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission

• Reverse engineer our software or AI models

You retain ownership of data you provide (card portfolio, preferences), but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.

Service Provided "As Is"

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Data will be accurate or complete
• Recommendations will result in approvals or specific outcomes
• Third-party services (card issuers, AI providers) will be available

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Card Curator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to $100 or the amount you paid us (zero for free users).

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it in settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any reason at our discretion. We'll provide notice when possible.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days (as outlined in our Privacy Policy).

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except you may bring claims in small claims court.

You agree to resolve disputes individually, not as part of a class action or collective proceeding.

• Entire Agreement: These terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement
• Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce any term doesn't waive our right to enforce it later
• Assignment: You may not assign these terms; we may assign them to a successor
• Force Majeure: We're not liable for delays beyond our control
