Program Overview
Costco Cash Rewards is the program for the Costco Anywhere Visa Card by Citi, the only credit card accepted at Costco warehouses and Costco.com. The card earns 4% on eligible gas/EV charging (up to $7,000/year), 3% on restaurants and eligible travel, 2% on Costco and Costco.com purchases, and 1% everywhere else. Reward certificates are issued annually in February and can be redeemed at Costco warehouses for merchandise or cash. Best for: frequent Costco shoppers and those who buy a lot of gas and dine out regularly. Costco membership required.

Redemption Tips
Reward certificate issued once per year (February). Redemption options: - Cash at Costco warehouse (full certificate value in cash or applied to merchandise) - Merchandise at Costco warehouse Cannot use for online purchases or outside Costco. Certificates expire after a set period (typically by end of the calendar year after issuance). For maximum flexibility, redeem for cash at the Costco register rather than applying to merchandise.
